We played hooky on Thursday and escaped to the coast. We were hoping to get out of the 100 degree heat but weren't exactly expecting 60 degree freezing temperatures! But we had a great time playing in the sand and walking along the beach, then enjoyed shopping and coffee afterwards to warm up.
It was Koty's first trip to the ocean and, as we expected, he was very afraid of the water. He really wanted to play with this dog but couldn't understand why he kept running into the horribly dangerous water :)
