Tree ID Field Trip

Justin had a great field trip today where he learned about native trees to our area and how the park rangers at Comanche Reservoir manage and take care of them. It was extra fun because his good friend, Eben, was along too. It was a glorious spring day and we relished spending all morning outside. (The pictures are in reverse order...I'm too tired to change them so start at the bottom and work your way up please!)

Justin chose a Weeping Willow to start a cutting from

The kids dressed up as just some of the many jobs a park ranger has to do.
