Eavesdrop #1: In the garden, Justin is standing in front of a rosebush with his hands folded and his eyes squeezed shut as he says, "God, pleeease protect our rosebush and make it strong to fight off the aphids!"
Eavesdrop #2: At the park, where Justin is playing with another boy slightly older than he is (and who has older brothers). "Well, my Mommy and Daddy are nice when they play with me, so you have to be nice too. I mean, we're supposed to be nice to each other!" and then he proceeds to walk over to where Dave and I were sitting, leaving the other little boy slightly open mouthed and staring after him. When Justin went back to playing with him they had no further problems.
