Some friends invited us out on their boat for its maiden voyage. They bought it through Craig's List for extremely cheap. It's from 1968 and hadn't seen the water for quite some time. However, we were adventurous and trusted that the boat's new owner had done an adequate job fixing her up. Justin and his friend had a blast fishing and swimming. We all had fun (and were all slightly relieved that we stayed afloat!) and enjoyed a beautiful day on the lake. We came home a bit early to finish preparing beef brisket on the BBQ. Yum!

I'm posting this as the intoxicating smell of the smoking barbecue reaches my nose, and my mouth may be watering just a bit...I can't wait for Dave's brisket!
